Standard delivery – Standard delivery takes 2-4 working days. During sale periods and Christmas Season, delivery may take longer than normal.

Standard delivery costs £3.99 and is FREE on orders over £45

Express delivery – express delivery aims to deliver within 1-2 working days

Next Day Delivery – next day delivery arrives the next working day if ordered before 1pm

If your order is sent via a traceable service you can follow it’s journey via Royal Mail. Once your order is on its way to you, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email.

Yes, you are able to add delivery instructions to your order in the notes section at checkout. If you choose to add a specific delivery instructions we are not held liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of this.

Once your order has been despatched we are unable to change the address on your order, however there are circumstances where we may be able to change the address on your order if it is yet to be despatched and a shipping label has not yet been created. Please contact us and we will let you know if this is possible.

Order confirmation – Once you have successfully placed your order we will send you an order confirmation confirming what items you purchased, the quantity and his much you will be charged.

Despatch confirmation – Once your order has been despatched we will send you an email to let you know confirming what items are in your order and your trackable ID.

All PrettyBee orders are shipped from the UK so you may be charged import duties or taxes when the parcel reaches the destination country outside of the EU. These charges vary depending on your destination country and must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. If you have any questions relating to customs charges, please contact your local customs office.

The first step to take is to track your order via Royal Mail using the ID sent to you in your dispatch confirmation email. If your order is showing as ‘an update will only available when we attempt to to deliver your parcel’ then Royal Mail have not yet attempted delivery and you should be expecting delivery soon.

Please note that occasionally things can take a little longer than expected, especially during busy periods.  If you’re still unsure please contact us and we will be more than happy to help.


Returns and exchanges need to be made within 28 days from the date of delivery. You can make a return by following the instructions included within your order.

Returned items must meet the below requirements in order to be accepted for a refund –

  • all items must be in the same condition they were dispatched in with all packaging included too. If an order has been sent including our luxury dust bag or organic dust bag then these will also need to be returned to us. Items that have been used, altered or damaged will not be accepted for a refund. If clothing is being returned, then all packaging must be included with the return.

A refund takes 3-5 working days upon your refund being accepted. it is processed to your original payment method.

Currently all return costs must be covered my the customer, so we recommend using a trackable ID when returning for reliability.

As an online business our prices can change at any time in response to stock and demands from customers. We will not refund the difference to items that may have changed in price since you placed an order.

Gift items may be returned. However, refunds may only be issued to the same method of payment used for the original purchase.

Yes, we provide gift cards to our customers, and they make a great gift. Simply enter code at checkout to use your gift card. Gift cards can be added to your Pretty Bee account. You can check your balance by signing into your account.


Klarna is a Swedish bank founded in Stockholm for over 100,000 online stores. Over 60 million worldwide customers have trusted Klarna to securely handle their payments.

This option allows you to spread the cost of your purchase into 3 equal interest-free and fee-free instalments. The first payment is made at point of purchase, with the remaining instalments scheduled automatically every 30 days.

Klarna’s ‘Pay In 30 Days’ allows you to receive tour order upfront and gives you up to 30 days to pay without any interest or fees. You have the option to pay off your balance earlier or extend the due date to a later date if needed via the Klarna app.

As soon as we have dispatched your order, you will receive an email from Klarna confirming your payments.

You can manage your purchases and payments via the Klarna app.

We recommend downloading the Klarna app to stay in full control and never miss a payment.

You must be 18 or over and pass the soft credit check in order to be eligible to pay using Klarna, subject to your financial circumstances. Your credit rating will not be affected in result of using Klarna.

There are a number of reasons that could prevent your chances of using Klarna, one being missed payments. If your payment method with Klarna has not been accepted we recommend getting in touch with Klarna  as we are unable to do anything on our end to resolve this.

You have the option to pay either in 3 interest-free instalments or later in 30 days, both options will be available for you to select at checkout.

You’ll need to provide your mobile phone number, email address, current billing address, and a debit or credit card. All communications will be sent to your email address, so it is vital that you provide the correct information, otherwise you won’t receive your payment schedule and order confirmation.

Klarna may run soft credit searches but these don’t affect your credit scoring and are only visible to Klarna and yourself. Neither Klarna or PrettyBee run credit searches against you that could impact tour credit rating.

As soon as your return has been accepted Klarna will email you and cancel any future scheduled payments as well as any refund amounts due.

If Klarna are unable to collect the payment on the scheduled date, they will try again. If payment attempt fails on a second occasion then this payment will be added to the amount of the next scheduled payment. Klarna will notify you when a payment is due two days ahead of attempting to collect your payments.

Please note that missed payments can affect your ability to use Klarna in the future.

Once you’ve chosen Klarna as your payment method your information is processed securely by Klarna.  No card details are transferred or held by PrettyBee.

Your payments are automatically withdrawn from your connected card or bank account according to the agreed payment schedule, but you can make early payments anytime you wish by logging in via the Klarna app where you can manage your payments.

You can log in at where you’ll find all your orders and payment schedule information.


For sizing relating to clothing there will be a size guide below each product for you to view.

If a product is out of stock you have the option to sign up to be notified when it comes back into stock.

We write care instructions in our product descriptions for certain products, for our clothing we also include full care instructions on the label of the garment.
