We hope you’re happy with your PrettyBee purchase, however if you feel an item isn’t right for you, we’re happy to offer a refund or exchange within 14 days of your receipt of order. Once you have notified us of your intention to make a return you then have 14 days to return the item(s) to us. Simply fill in the exchange/return form that came with your order and enclose it with the item(s) you wish to return with all original packaging.
CHRISTMAS EXTENDED RETURNS POLICY
We’ve extended our returns policy during the festive period to make Christmas Shopping hassle-free, any order placed between 1st December and 24th December 2022 will be eligible for a return up until 31 January 2023 for a refund or exchange.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS POLICY
All items are quality checked to ensure that they meet our high-quality standards before being sent to you. However, we’re happy to accept a return or exchange if something isn’t quite right. Simply notify us of your intention to make a return within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing welcome@theprettybeeco.com
Any item(s) returned to us must be returned in the same condition that they were sent in.
Any item(s) returned to us must contain all original packaging.
Any garment returned to us should be clean, unworn with the tags still attached. Your return will be inspected by us once received and if the above doesn’t apply then a refund may be refused to you.
ARE THERE ANY ITEMS THAT I CAN’T RETURN?
Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot process returns or exchanges for pierced jewellery.
PROCESSING YOUR REFUND
Please allow up to 2-3 working days for your return to be processed. All refunds will be issued back to the same payment method from which the transaction was made and can take approximately 5-10 business days to appear into your account.
PROCESSING YOUR EXCHANGE
We can accept an exchange on an item subject to if stock allows. If by any chance we are unable to offer an exchange due to for example your size being out of stock, we will then offer you a full refund instead, or you may choose another item at your own discretion. If the replacement is less expensive than the original, don’t worry. We will make sure that the difference in cost is refunded back to your original payment methods. Alternatively, you may return the original item to us for a refund and then make a new purchase.
The new item will be sent to you once we have received the returned item(s) and it has been quality checked by us.
